Jacqui Meyer

Jacqui is a certified Life Coach and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Her mission is to help women suffering from burnout to recover and live in their brilliance.

Jacqui suffered from burnout and adrenal fatigue, and she is proud to say that she is fully recovered. Through this experience, she has developed systems to ensure she will never relive this experience again. She doesn’t want anyone else to suffer the way she did, so she has a set of tools to share to help women manage their lives and take back their power.

Carol Segal

Carol is a breathing coach, teacher, facilitator, retreat guide and personal involution chaperone. She designs Breathing workshops to help people decrease stress and increase their life force.

Carol's passion is assisting people in discovering their innate wellness through breathing. She is inspired to share her interactive workshops with those who need a change—just like she did when she left her job in the banking industry for a sabbatical in India to discover the depth and breadth of breathing for herself.

Kath

Kath Fourie

Kath is completing her certificate in Health Coaching in 2022, with a focus on mindful eating and assisting people in making lifestyle changes to support their health. She is a lover of plant-based food and wholesome tasty meals that support healthy minds, bodies and hearts.

After losing her brother and mother to cancer, Kath decided to learn more about what we put in our bodies every day. She is passionate about helping people to live full and balanced lives through nutrition and behavioural changes.

Come and join us for a weekend-long retreat in which we will pause and reset
as part of a practice of prioritising ourselves and practising self-love.

This will be an intimate retreat with space for 20 participants.

Yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindful eating, gratitude, journaling, sisterhood, healing, and so much more.
