I recommend looking at your current lifestyle and seeing where you need to make some changes. This could just be a temporary phase but definitely be aware of it.

Review your priorities, check your to-do list against these. Delegate tasks which don’t need your attention. Enforce your boundaries, maybe say “no” a little more often.

Create a daily mindful routine. My personal favourite is meditation.
