The webinar was concluded with a brilliant session by motivational speaker and life coach Jacqui Meyer who looked at what it takes to find that elusive work / life balance. Her words echoed many of those spoken by previous presenters, but it was her actionable tips and tricks that received the most positive feedback from the audience with many begging Jacqui to share her slides, a few of which we have done here, although we firmly suggest you take the time to watch Jacqui’s presentation and the rest of the webinar if you didn’t manage to catch it the first time around. The whole recording can be found on the FSA website.
In celebration of Women’s month Mondi hosted a webinar to celebrate and inspire women. Jacqui Meyer provided a profound talk on burnout, work life balance and gender-based violence entitled, “Let’s talk about work life balance.” Where she introduced the concept of a personal milestone chart that speaks to an individual’s goals. She also discussed motivation and the need to set individuals’ goals and objectives.
